Job summary

PepsiCo's Quaker Quality Assurance Coordinator leads the end-to-end quality agenda on shift, safeguarding product quality, food safety, and GMP compliance across the line.

You will coach operators, perform HACCP checks, sign off on allergen controls, and drive audit action closure while supporting continuous improvement and strong teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Background in Food Quality & Safety Standards.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, or Food Science.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Experience delivering coaching / training.
  • Strong Team worker and contributor.
  • Flexible, ‘can do,’ attitude to role and duties.
  • Results driven and understands the link between action & results.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as the guardian for all quality processes on shift and is responsible for the execution of these processes to the required standard. eg allergen sign offs, sanitation right first time and on time, pre-requisite and CCP checks (HACCP), quality wall, internal audits, GMP enforcement, etc.
  • Core governance on general standards to ensure brand equity
  • Provide expertise on shift to drive improved accountability / closure of audit actions
  • Ensures timely execution and resolution of holds and near miss follow up
  • Leads food safety holds, investigations, risk assessments, root cause and closure within timescales
  • Hours: 12 Hour Shifts- Continental Rotation.
