Job summary

PepsiCo Foods Canada at the Quaker Facility in Peterborough, ON or Trenton, ON is hiring a New Grad - Team Supervisor to lead a frontline team and drive safety, quality, and performance on production lines.

The role requires flexible afternoon and evening shifts and offers competitive compensation with comprehensive benefits. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in continuous improvement training to develop leadership skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in 2024, 2025 or graduating by May 2026.
  • 1–3+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in coaching and monitoring performance of others—take others with you.
  • Able to instruct and teach others.

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional leadership, coaching, and technical support.
  • Responsible for people and team development, quality performance, cost, service and safety.
  • Develop individuals and the team to solve routine and complex operational issues.
  • Motivate the team to achieve established performance targets.
  • Lead daily performance meetings.
  • Make daily decisions impacting the business.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

PepsiCo Foods Canada has current openings at the Quaker Facility in Peterborough, ON or Trenton, ON for New Grad - Team Supervisor to join the team

This position requires flexible availability to work a variety of shifts including afternoon & evening shifts

Compensation: $56,700 - $92,400

The role: As a Team Supervisor, you are responsible for leading your team to achieve key performance indicators during your shift. The primary role is focused on quality performance, cost, service, and safety targets while developing your Team Members on different production lines. You will interact and collaborate daily with people leaders in all different kinds of department in the plant, including Quality, Operations, Packaging, Processing, Traffic, Warehouse, and Maintenance as you motivate and inspire your team, eliminate barriers, and problem solve. You will have the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up and develop leadership skills by attending continuous improvement training with the goal of leading a front-line team.

  • Experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Operations Preferred
  • 1-3 + years’ Supervisory experience preferred
