About Us

Paragon Testing Enterprises, part of Prometric, specializes in English proficiency tests and related services. Our goal is to be the preferred choice for English testing for immigration, citizenship, and education in Canada, with over 80 test centres worldwide. In 2021, Paragon was acquired by Prometric Canada.

Position Summary

The successful candidate will support Paragon’s Test Security Operations by ensuring test centre quality and compliance with policies and procedures. This position reports to the Test Security Operations Lead.

Responsibilities

1. Audit and monitor Paragon’s global test centres.
2. Maintain relationships with third-party monitoring vendors.
3. Coordinate monitoring schedules and follow-ups.
4. Review and approve invoices from vendors.
5. Ensure monitoring assignments are conducted properly; update training materials annually.
6. Provide reports on monitoring activities and address issues promptly.
7. Analyze test centre performance data and generate reports.
8. Collaborate with teams to improve training materials.
9. Research new monitoring methods to enhance quality and compliance.
10. Support the Test Security team with investigations, surveillance review, and security data analysis.
11. Assist the Security Operations team with audits, report writing, and video reviews.

Minimum Requirements

1. Four-year undergraduate degree.
2. At least one year of relevant experience.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Ability to identify vulnerabilities and develop solutions.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Attention to detail, tact, discretion, and ability to work under pressure.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Willingness to grow and support company needs.

Additional Requirements

1. Willingness to travel within Canada and internationally.
2. Legal eligibility to work in Canada (citizenship, permanent residence, or valid work permit).
