Job description

Join us as an IT Access and Compliance Coordinator and be the driving force behind seamless onboarding and offboarding for users of 1 Cyber, Privacy & Financial Crimes, including external clients. You’ll ensure timely access, maintain meticulous records, and collaborate with various stakeholders to uphold compliance. Dive into regular access reviews and support users with routine checks. Your role is pivotal in streamlining processes and enhancing user experiences.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As a Cyber-as-a-Service (CaaS) Access and Compliance Coordinator, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high-quality client service, and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Onboarding and Offboarding: Maintain and manage onboarding and offboarding processes for both CaaS and 1CP&FC. Ensure access is granted and revoked promptly for both internal and client applications.
  2. Internal Team Movement: Track and monitor internal team movement access requests from HR and Managers. Ensure all access changes are documented and compliant with company policies.
  3. Audit Management: Maintain records of quarterly internal audits. Ensure all audit documentation is up to date and available for review.
  4. Standard Operating Procedures (SOP): Collaborate with Points of Contact (POC) to create and periodically review SOPs for new clients, ensuring they are up to date and aligned with client requirements.
  5. Access Review and Verification: Perform regular access reviews to ensure proper access levels and compliance. Cross-verify onboarding and offboarding of users for accuracy.
  6. User Support and Troubleshooting: Engage with new users post-onboarding to address access issues, troubleshoot backend issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  7. Master Tracker Management: Review and update master trackers regularly to keep data current and reflective of activity statuses.
  8. Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, track access requests, and facilitate prompt fulfillment.
  9. Process Improvements: Demonstrate excellent documentation skills and experience in process improvements.
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
  • Proven experience in IT access management, onboarding/offboarding, and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of internal audit processes and documentation.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity and cloud-based applications is a plus.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience in Data Analytics, ServiceNow, and Automation are a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
