Job summary

Aerotek in Burnaby, BC is seeking a Quality Control Administrator (Junior Coordinator Admin) to support quality control, HSE, and documentation. You will perform data entry, generate paperwork, inspect shipments, read drawings, and assist field crews in a blue-collar environment.

This contract-to-hire role is fully onsite at a refinery site, with a typical Monday–Friday schedule. Ideal candidates have data-entry experience in industrial settings, strong attention to detail, and ability to read

Qualifications

• Proven data entry experience in industrial environments.
• Experience in construction, warehouse, or similar settings.
• Comfort working in a hands-on, blue-collar environment and supporting office/field activities.
• Physical fitness for light shop tasks and field support.
• Strong communication with inspectors, HSE, and staff.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings or willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail in data, docs, and inspection records.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and generate paperwork from existing information.
• Interpret data from QC reports and update records as needed.
• Prepare QC reports for review and customer submission with inspectors.
• Collaborate with HSE to generate safety documentation for client review.
• Inspect paint shipments and generate detailed reports (batch numbers, damage, shortages).
• Read/interpret drawings to support QC activities; training provided.
