Job summary

Primoris Canada is seeking a QA/QC Coordinator to support the quality department at the Acheson/Edmonton Fab Shop. Responsibilities include maintaining job files, compiling reports, and ensuring documentation meets timelines.

You will input data into the QMS database, monitor NDE requirements, and coordinate with NDE service providers while maintaining welder qualification records. Strong MS Office and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a quality role.
• Proficient with MS Office and typing 50 WPM.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks.
• Industrial experience is an asset; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist QA/QC team with maintaining job files and data entry.
• Compile reports from the internal quality management system.
• Ensure inspection documentation is completed within timelines.
• Facilitate turnover packages to meet client schedules.
• Input quality data into the database and monitor NDE requirements.
• Coordinate with NDE service providers and maintain welder qualification data.
• Archive documentation and support the Quality Team as needed.
• Undertake other duties as directed by management.
