Job summary

ALDO Group in Canada is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be the Store Manager’s right hand, driving exceptional customer experiences and sales results.

You will lead by example, coach a team, manage daily operations, and ensure visual standards, loss prevention, and an inclusive, fashion-forward culture. This role supports the store in delivering great service and meeting targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on management experience in retail or service
• Deep interest in fashion
• Natural leader with a growth mindset
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (16 kg) during busy floor days

The Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you’re the Store Manager’s right hand and a key player in creating an amazing store experience. You lead by example, inspire your team to hit sales goals, and make every customer feel their best walking out the door.

When the Store Manager is away, you take the lead, keeping the store running smoothly, motivating the team, and making sure everything looks and feels distinctly ALDO.
