Job summary

The ALDO Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Montreal to lead by example and drive a memorable store experience. You’ll coach a team, hit sales goals, and ensure every customer leaves feeling their best in ALDO style.

As the store’s day-to-day leader when the manager is away, you’ll keep operations smooth, motivate staff, and maintain pristine visual merchandising while upholding ALDO’s commitment to inclusive, fashion-forward service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on management experience in retail or service
• Deep interest in fashion
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (≈16 kg) during busy floor days

The Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you’re the Store Manager’s right hand and a key player in creating an amazing store experience. You lead by example, inspire your team to hit sales goals, and make every customer feel their best walking out the door.

When the Store Manager is away, you take the lead, keeping the store running smoothly, motivating the team, and making sure everything looks and feels distinctly ALDO.
