Job summary

ALDO Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Burnaby, Canada, to support the Store Manager and lead a store team. You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure a high-energy, fashion-forward customer experience that reflects ALDO’s brand image.

You’ll take charge when the Store Manager is away, maintain store standards, and motivate the team to meet goals while prioritizing guest satisfaction and loss-prevention practices. This is a full-time on-site role with opportunities for growth.

• 1+ year of hands-on management experience in retail or service.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Natural leader with a growth mindset.
• Big customer-first energy with an ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs.

The Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you’re the Store Manager’s right hand and a key player in creating an amazing store experience. You lead by example, inspire your team to hit sales goals, and make every customer feel their best walking out the door.

When the Store Manager is away, you take the lead, keeping the store running smoothly, motivating the team, and making sure everything looks and feels distinctly ALDO.

Salary Range:
