ALDO Group is seeking a motivated Part-Time Sales Lead to energize the footwear and accessories floor. You’ll drive sales, coach associates, and ensure a consistently exceptional customer experience while on shift.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll lead by example, help hit targets, and keep operations smooth, from merchandising to restocking. Availability for day, night and weekend shifts is required.

Formación

• 6 months of hands-on management experience in retail or service.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Strong leadership mindset.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to work day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a strong customer experience across all channels.
• Coach and support team members through regular feedback and on-the-floor guidance.
• Share insights and feedback with store management to help improve performance.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention).
• Keep the store looking sharp with strong visual merchandising and displays.
• Support the Store Manager in building a motivated, fashion-focused team.
• Help with day-to-day operations like restocking and backstore tasks.

The Role
