4. Plan and control budget and expenditures.
5. Plan and organize daily operations.
6. Review purchase order claims and contracts to ensure compliance with company policy.
7. Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures.
8. Evaluate the cost and quality of goods or services.
9. Develop specifications for products or services.
10. Manage contracts.
11. Review and process claims against suppliers.
