FLINT is seeking skilled personnel for the Pulp Mill Turnaround in Peace River, Alberta. The assignment runs from September 8 to 16, 2026, with a continuous schedule and in-person attendance required for critical safety tickets.

Location: Peace River, Alberta. The crew will perform maintenance, repair, installation, and turnaround activities on mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process equipment to ensure safe, reliable mill operations and compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Valid Journeyperson or Apprentice Trade certificate.
  • Minimum 4 years of industrial experience preferred.
  • Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: WHMIS.
  • No virtual option - in-person attendance required for Fall Protection, Confined Space Entry, Aerial Work Platform.
  • Welders are to provide tickets: CWB, B-Pressure.
  • Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
  • Must have your own reliable transportation to the site.
  • Valid driver's license and clean 5-year Driver's Abstract with under 6 demerits.
