Job Description

FLINT is excited to announce that we are actively seeking talented individuals to join our team for the Fort MacKay, AB Turnaround! Don’t miss this opportunity to be part of a dynamic workforce and contribute to impactful projects.

Location: Fort MacKay, AB
Duration: Sept 29th - December 1st

Details:

  • Turnaround Scope: Boiler Outage involving planning and executing the shutdown, maintenance, repair, & replacement of industrial boiler systems
  • 14 days on; 7 days off
  • 8 hours regular time and 4 hours overtime workdays.
  • Mobilization/Demobilization provided every rotation.
  • Camp only.
Qualifications
  • Valid Journeyperson or Apprentice Trade certificate.
  • Minimum 4 years in oil and gas construction projects preferred.
  • Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
    • CSTS-20
  • No virtual option — in-person attendance required for the following ticket requirements:
    • Fall Protection
    • H2S Alive
    • Confined Space Entry
  • Welders are to provide the following tickets:
    • CWB
    • SS Tig
    • B-Pressure
  • Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
  • Must have your own reliable transportation to the site.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits.
Additional Information

This position has been identified as a safety-sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
