ParaMed Home Health Care is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide community-based nursing visits across varied settings. You will assess patient needs, implement and monitor care plans, and collaborate with patients and families to maintain comfort at home.
Applicants must be a licensed RN with CNO in good standing, hold a valid driver’s license, and be willing to travel within a designated area. Bilingual English/French is preferred to support client care.

In this community nursing role, as a Registered Nurse (RN) you will have scheduled visits to care for patients in various settings. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.
