Job summary

Thrifty-Foods is seeking a Meat Production Clerk to assist customers and prepare high-quality meat cuts. You will be trained to display products, rotate stock, and maintain clean work areas in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience in meat cutting is preferred, with strong customer service and teamwork skills. Training on company procedures and merchandise displays will be provided to ensure top-notch service.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail meat cutting is preferred; knowledge of meat cuts is an asset.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Cut and prepare meat products for display using knives and saws.
• Stock meat products on shelves and fill product showcases.
• Maintain and build merchandise displays in accordance with company programs.
• Receive and rotate product; write orders as needed.
• Clean and sanitize the work area and assist customers with service.
