Job summary

Home Instead is seeking caring and compassionate PSW Care Professionals to join our team and support aging adults in their homes with dignity and compassion. We offer non-medical services designed to help clients live safely at home.

We provide skills training and welcome candidates with or without prior experience who are willing to learn. Shifts vary, and we offer competitive pay and benefits to help you grow with our mission.

Qualifications

• Must be PSW certified or have 1 year of nursing completed.
• No previous experience required; skills training provided.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required if driving clients.
• Ability to treat aging adults and their property with dignity and respect.

Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate PSW Caregivers—we call ours Care Professionals—to become a part of our team and join our mission of expanding the world’s capacity to care. Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow aging adults to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.

Primary Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Alzheimer’s Care
• Ability to treat and care for aging adults and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and compassionate manner
• Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance (required if driving clients)
