Job summary

Home Instead in Midland, Ontario is recruiting PSWs, Health Care Aides, Nursing students, DSWs, and internationally trained nurses to support adults and seniors in their homes. A caring heart and dedication to compassionate, personalized care are essential.

Duties include companionship, medication reminders, meal assistance, dementia care, hygiene support, and coordinating with office staff to ensure seamless in-home care. Training and onboarding are provided.

Qualifications

• CarePro role requires a caring, dedicated professional.
• Complete a criminal background check with a vulnerable sector check.
• Provide 2 professional and 2 personal references.
• Complete mandatory, paid CAREPro orientation.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
