Job summary

Home Instead in Bracebridge is seeking compassionate caregivers to assist seniors in daily living. Roles include PSWs, health care aides, nursing students, DSWs, and internationally-trained nurses in the community.

Responsibilities include companionship, medication reminders, meal support, and dementia care, with先 mobility and hygiene assistance as needed. Training is provided, and opportunities for referrals and bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Must be caring, reliable, and able to work with seniors.
• Able to communicate with clients in a friendly and clear manner.
• Must pass a criminal background check with a vulnerable sector check.
• Provide 2 professional and 2 personal references.
• Complete mandatory, paid CAREPro orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and medication reminders.
• Assist with meals and nutrition.
• Deliver Alzheimer’s & Dementia care as needed.
• Assist with personal hygiene (bathing, toileting).
• Maintain communication with office staff.

What We Do

Requirements To Be a CarePro

We’re looking for responsible, dedicated professionals who can give their clients the best individualized care. Requirements include:

• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Complete a criminal background check with a vulnerable sector check
• Provide 2 professional and 2 personal references
• Complete mandatory, paid CAREPro orientation
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
