PFG is seeking a Protective Services Guard for our Vancouver and North Vancouver locations in BC. You will help protect people and assets, identify security risks, and maintain a safe environment for customers and team members.

The role emphasizes quick decision-making, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset. We offer paid training, PPE provided, license reimbursement, and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Strong decision-making skills, able to make quick calls under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Identify theft, mischief, and fraud.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
• Greet customers and observe interactions with a customer-first approach.
• Maintain professional demeanor with the public, staff, and law enforcement.
• Conduct security audits of building and assets.
• Perform arrests, take reports, and recover products.
• Document evidence and type clear, concise reports as required.
