BMO Bank of Montreal is seeking a Proposal Manager/Writer for its Treasury & Payment Solutions team. This role involves developing and coordinating sales proposals in response to RFPs and requires bilingual proficiency in French and English. The ideal candidate will have extensive RFP experience and strong analytical and communication skills, essential for influencing outcomes and building stakeholder relationships. This position offers a remote work model with periodic in-person meetings in Toronto, ensuring flexibility while fulfilling business objectives.
The Treasury & Payment Solutions (TPS) Proposal Manager/Writer will work closely with various partners across the enterprise, including Sales, Product Management, and Legal/Insurance, to develop competitive sales proposals and related materials in response to the Request for Proposal (RFP) process. The candidate must be bilingual in French and English. The ideal candidate will also have comprehensive knowledge of B2B and Provincial & Local government RFP processes and an understanding of treasury management products and services.
APMP Certification and experience working in RFP automation software (e.g., Responsive, Loopio, Seismic, etc.) are strongly desired.
Coordinates and/or completes responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for the designated product portfolio to secure new business and retain existing relationships across North America for BMO Financial Group. Responsibilities include:
