We are seeking a Communication Specialist to support our marketing initiatives across our brands and divisions. This remote position offers the opportunity to visit central offices near you.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Customer Experience, you will craft quality communications for both external and internal audiences. Your responsibilities include developing sales proposals (over 50% of your work), creating product literature and client-facing materials, supporting marketing campaigns and digital strategies, drafting internal communications, and providing creative content for various projects. Your engaging content will enhance Xpera's brand equity and strengthen its market position.

You will collaborate closely with sales, operational teams, graphic designers, website specialists, and digital specialists to support a strong market presence.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • University or college degree in communications or an equivalent field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience writing proposals and other communications in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to adapt writing for different formats and audiences.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • A strong team player who thrives on collaboration and building connections.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication skills across divisions and with stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with independent problem-solving skills.
  • Agile, adaptable, and proactive in seizing opportunities.
  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
