Job description

We’re looking for ambitious, organized, and outgoing individuals to join our high-performing team at Royal York Property Management. You’ll be reaching out to property owners on behalf of our tenants, helping them find the perfect home, and you control how much you earn. If you have 5-7 years of sales experience, thrive in a work-from-home environment, and are eager to maximize your potential, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 150 outbound calls per day to property owners on behalf of our tenants to help secure rental properties.
  • Utilize the leads and sales training provided to successfully connect with property owners and find homes for tenants.
  • Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics, with the ability to earn an average of $100,000 per year based on commissions.
  • Occasionally travel to our office locations for company meetings or to meet with property owners to pick up keys for showings (all travel expenses are compensated).
  • Take ownership of your schedule and performance while managing your earnings.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5-7 years of outbound sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • 2-3 years of experience working from home, comfortable with remote work and self-management.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset. This is an independent role, so you must be able to manage your time effectively.
  • Must have a computer with at least 16GB of RAM (32GB preferred), a noise-canceling headset, and high-speed internet.
  • You must be outgoing, confident on the phone, and ready to face the challenges of outbound sales with energy and determination.
  • Must be able to travel occasionally to office locations or meet with property owners for key exchanges and showings.
