Job summary

First Onsite Restoration is seeking a Project Manager (Project Manager I) to lead property restoration projects from assessment to completion. You’ll manage scopes, timelines, budgets, and quality while building strong client and adjuster relationships.

In this role, you’ll assess losses, coordinate teams and resources, and prepare accurate estimates. You’ll communicate proactively with homeowners, insurers, and colleagues to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Supervisor or related restoration/ construction role.
• College diploma or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of restoration processes, building codes, and safety practices.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Able to read scopes, plans, and estimates.
• Experience with Xactimate or estimating software preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and mobile apps.
• IICRC or equivalent certifications are assets; ability to obtain WRT certification.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to participate in rotating on-call schedule.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, ladders, respirator, tight spaces).

Responsibilities

• Assess losses, define project scopes, and prepare accurate estimates.
• Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and resources to keep work moving.
• Communicate updates with homeowners, adjusters, and insurers.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and documentation to align with standards.
• Lead with safety and ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.
• Balance office organization with field leadership.
