• 5+ years in restoration project management.
• Experience with large-loss restoration projects.
• Proficient in restoration estimating and budgeting.
• Proficiency with industry software (Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Encircle, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Manage restoration projects from initial scope through final completion.

• Experience managing large-loss restoration projects
• Strong knowledge of restoration estimating, budgeting, and project management practices
• Proficiency with industry software such as Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Encircle, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to participate in a rotational on-call schedule, including evenings and weekends as required
