Job summary

First Onsite Property Restoration is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee restoration and rebuild projects from estimation to completion. You will lead from kickoff to close, ensuring profitability, safety, and client satisfaction while mentoring peers.

You will manage scopes, budgets, and schedules, collaborate with homeowners, adjusters, and insurers, and uphold high safety and quality standards across engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager I or equivalent in restoration or construction.
• Xactimate experience is a MUST HAVE skill for estimations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently from start to finish.
• Knowledge of restoration practices, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Experience reading plans, developing scopes, and negotiating with clients/adjusters.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Own restoration projects from kickoff to completion with precision.
• Scope losses, prepare estimates, and manage budgets for profitability.
• Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and resources to keep projects on schedule.
• Engage homeowners, adjusters, and insurers to align expectations.
• Mentor junior project managers and supervisors to ensure consistency.
