Job summary

Firstar Realty Corp is seeking a capable Property Manager in Prince George, BC, to oversee leasing, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations for commercial and residential properties. The role requires hands-on supervision of 5-10 staff and strong organizational skills.

You will negotiate leases, ensure contract terms, coordinate repairs, and respond to tenant needs while working in a hybrid environment that combines on-site presence with remote tasks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property management experience.
• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate or approve rental or lease of properties on behalf of property owner
• Ensure terms of lease agreements are met
• Hire and supervise support staff performing operational, clerical or maintenance duties
• Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance
