Description
The experienced multi-residential Property Manager will report to the Assistant VP of Operations and be responsible for the operation of a portfolio of buildings in our London, ON branch. You will lead your team to ensure day-to-day operations are on schedule and within prescribed budgets. You will make strategic decisions at the applicable properties to ensure optimal operations. An essential requirement is to be proficient in cost management while maintaining a high level of tenant satisfaction.
