Job summary

Canterra Executive Search is partnering with Toronto's leading real estate developer to identify an experienced Senior Property Manager for premier high-rise rental properties across the GTA. This on-site role reports to the Director of Operations and oversees daily property operations and resident experience.

You will mentor Property Management Coordinators, coordinate move-ins/outs, manage service requests, and conduct inspections.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive residential property management experience.
• Experience with high-rise residential rental properties.
• Ability to lead, mentor and support property management teams.
• Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) and Tarion.
• Strong resident service, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Post-secondary education.
• Experience with Buildium or similar property management software.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required.

Canterra Executive Search is partnering with one of Toronto's leading real estate developers and owner-operators to identify an experienced Senior Property Manager for a portfolio of premier high-rise residential rental properties across the GTA.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established Residential Rental Property Management Professional to join a highly respected, vertically integrated real estate organization with an extensive portfolio and 70 years of presence in the Greater Toronto Area.

The Senior Property Manager will provide leadership and operational oversight across an assigned portfolio while mentoring team members and ensuring an exceptional standard of service for residents and ownership.

The Role

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will oversee the day-to-day operational management of a high-rise residential rental portfolio in Toronto and/or Vaughan, with responsibility for property operations, resident experience, suite turnover, inspections, service coordination, and team leadership.
