The Opportunity : The role of the Property Finance Assistant is one of value-added support, which will enable Property Accountants to address important issues relating to their portfolio in a timelier manner, perform their jobs in a more efficient manner and free up demands on their time to focus on workload and continuous improvement relating to their portfolios. In addition to the above, the Property Finance assistants will be responsible for the reconciliation of the daily, monthly, and annual banking and cash management activities and as well take on additional banking related duties as required and as delegated and provide additional support to the accounting and banking administration groups as required, This is an important role, and as a result will allow property accounting to increase its value to our clients and property management staff through more responsive and accurate service.
