Job description

Job Title: Property Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Property Coordinator to join their team. This role involves managing a portfolio of housing co-operatives, focusing on stability, strong relationships, and policy enforcement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate inspections, repairs, and ongoing property management activities.
  2. Assist with budgeting, present financial reports to Boards, and ensure compliance with agreements.
  3. Build trust with Boards and co-op members through transparent communication.
  4. Host and attend Board meetings.
  5. Follow structured procedures to maintain consistency and quality of service.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Property Management, including at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of co-operative housing models and relevant legislation is highly desirable.
  • Strong financial skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in property management software.
  • Professional designations such as Certified Property Manager are advantageous.
