Job summary

ecl.vincere.io is seeking an experienced Property Coordinator to support two Edmonton-area co-operatives. You will manage day-to-day operations, support boards, and help with budgeting, records, and capital projects. Travel between North Edmonton and Sherwood Park is required, with in-office duties.

The role requires 3+ years in property management or housing and a proactive, professional approach. Training in the co‑operative housing model will be provided to the successful candidate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of directly relevant property management, housing, condominium, or related experience.
• Strong understanding of property operations and ownership of responsibilities.
• Experience working with residents, Boards, vendors, or other stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with volunteer Boards and present information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of two housing co-operatives and support governance.
• Prepare Board agendas, reports, minutes, and documentation; attend meetings.
• Manage property maintenance, budgets, and financial information for Boards.
• Assist with capital projects, contractors, and long-term property planning.
• Maintain governance records and ensure compliance with policies and bylaws.
