Beaver Hall Artists’ Co-op in Toronto is seeking a permanent, part-time co-op housing administrator to manage the building, liaise with the tenant, and support the board and members.
The role is onsite, 21 hours per week with three workdays, starting mid-December. Candidates should have at least five years of co-op housing or non-profit property experience, strong financial and governance skills, and proficiency with NewViews, Word, Excel; Yardi is a plus.

Reporting to the board of directors, the co-op housing administrator is responsible for the management of the building, liaising with our commercial tenant, and providing support to the board and co-op members.
This position is for an independent contractor who understands that affordable and secure housing is often a significant barrier for most artists. Some evening and weekend work will be required.
