Job summary

A leading financial services firm in Toronto seeks an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Administrator for a 3-4 month contract with the potential for permanent conversion. This mid-senior level role requires immediate onsite attendance five days a week. Candidates should have over 2 years of hands-on experience in AR and AP, preferably in a CPG or pharmaceutical setting. Familiarity with Concur and SAP is desirable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Experience working in the CPG or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Must be able to work onsite five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for both AR and AP functions.
• Set up new vendors and manage expenses for Accounts Payable.
• Perform cash applications and support other AR areas.
