Our client is an established real estate organization with prominent commercial properties in Edmonton, home to approximately 100 tenants, and has an active team supporting its day-to-day operations.

They are looking for someone who will become a key point of coordination between property management, tenants, building operations, maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors. This is an opportunity to join a stable team in a role with plenty of variety and room to develop professionally.
What You'll Be Doing
- Escalate tenant requests as needed to other positions
- Act as a key point of contact for all commercial tenants
- Receive, track, and coordinate tenant requests and follow-up
- Create and distribute work orders to building operations and maintenance staff
- Track outstanding work orders and ensure maintenance requirements are completed
- Coordinate schedules between tenants, maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors
- Support procurement and ordering of building supplies and services
- Coordinate contractor access and scheduled work within the property
- Track tenant and vendor documentation
- Maintain organized property, tenant, vendor, and maintenance records
- Prepare tenant notices, correspondence, reports, and other property documentation
- Support recurring maintenance schedules, inspections, and operational requirements
- Assist with general office administration for the property
- Become cross-trained in additional property management responsibilities over time
- Adapt to shifting priorities and assist with various projects as needed
What You Bring
- Previous experience in commercial property administration, property management, facilities, or a related environment
- Strong administrative, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Experience coordinating tenant requests, work orders, vendors, contractors, or maintenance activities
- Confidence communicating directly with tenants and external service providers
- Strong follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple requests and changing priorities
- Comfortable working closely with all departments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in continuing to develop within commercial property management
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) proficient
