Job summary

COFOMO Inc. in Montreal seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead SAP S/4HANA upgrade programs. You will drive comprehensive project plans, RAID registries, and governance while coordinating IT teams, SAP consultants and external vendors.

Qualifications

Ten or more years of SAP project management experience.
Significant experience in Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
Ability to drive SAP S/4HANA upgrade projects.
Master the SAP Activate methodology.
Experience in regulated environments.
Coordinate multiple vendors and partners.
Lead global SAP programs or projects.
Supervise testing, cutover and release activities.
Experience in organisations with more than 10,000 employees.
Hold PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification (strong asset).
Understand SAP systems architecture and SAP BASIS activities (asset).
Plan and manage large-scale testing campaigns (asset).

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project plan, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation based on overall program objectives.
Implement and maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) registries.
Ensure compliance with the SAP Activate methodology and internal governance processes.
Manage all phases of the SAP S/4HANA upgrade: preparation, Sandbox environment, development, quality assurance, testing and release.
Coordinate the various integrated testing activities: validation, regression and performance.
Plan and coordinate cutover and release activities.
Manage change control processes and ensure business continuity during and after upgrade.
Act as the main point of coordination between IT teams, business process owners, SAP consultants, BASIS teams and external vendors.
Coordinate multiple vendors and partners in a global program context.
Prepare and present progress reports, indicators, risks and issues to senior management.
Proactively identify, track and mitigate project risks.
Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements.
Drive change management, training and documentation preparation activities.
Support the adoption of the new SAP version as well as post-deployment stabilization activities.
