Job summary

ARS Responds Canada is seeking a Project Manager to lead restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes and exceptional client experiences. The role requires strong leadership, technical know-how, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee emergency and restoration projects, coordinate resources, maintain budgets and margins, and communicate clearly with clients and adjusters while upholding safety and policy

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in construction/restoration.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Xactimate and XactAnalysis.
• IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT) highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor team members.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical documentation.
• In‑depth knowledge of construction methods and the Ontario Building Code.
• Proven negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to travel periodically and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee emergency and restoration projects from scope to completion.
• Coordinate resources, schedules and budgets.
• Communicate with clients and adjusters to set realistic timelines.
• Ensure estimates, timelines and file completion meet KPIs.
• Monitor project budgets, prepare costings and maintain margins.
• Manage invoicing and accounts receivable.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
• Uphold health and safety and company policies.
• Inspect ongoing work to guarantee quality standards.
• Balance multiple projects and priorities.
• Provide consistent updates on project status.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations.
