Job summary

ARS Responds Canada is a leading disaster mitigation and property restoration firm serving insurers, agents, brokers, and policyholders across Canada. We seek a Project Manager to lead restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes and an exceptional client experience.

The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in the construction/restoration industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Xactimate, and XactAnalysis.
• IICRC WRT/FSRT certifications preferred; additional certifications are assets.
• Ability to read/interpret construction plans and technical docs.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and client-focused communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee emergency and restoration projects from scope to completion.
• Communicate with clients and adjusters to set realistic repair timelines.
• Ensure estimates, timelines, and files meet KPIs.
• Monitor budgets, prepare costings, and maintain margins.
• Manage invoicing and accounts receivable.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors; ensure contract compliance.
• Uphold exceptional customer service and client trust.
• Lead by example on health and safety policies.
• Inspect ongoing work to guarantee quality standards.
• Balance multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Implement company initiatives and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide regular status reports.
