Job summary

First Onsite Property Restoration in Canada is seeking a Project Supervisor to coordinate restoration activities on-site, lead crews, and ensure safety, schedule, and quality on each project. You will be the field execution lead, maintain clear communication with project managers, subcontractors, and clients, and drive timely completion of repairs across multiple sites.

The role requires problem-solving, strong leadership, and a commitment to customer satisfaction in fast-moving environments.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in construction, restoration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of reconstruction practices for water, wind, mold, fire, or vandalism damage.
• Experience reading and interpreting building plans and scopes of work.
• Knowledge of building codes and mechanical systems is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate crews and subcontractors on multiple active sites.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and quality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic project tools; knowledge of Xactimate is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract.
• Must be able to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities
