Job summary

Accurate Indigenous Managers & Advisors in Winnipeg is seeking an organized administrative professional to join our on-site team. You will implement and review procedures, manage office priorities, and ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience, a College/CEGEP diploma, and excellent oral and written communication. On-site position with relocation costs not covered; responsibilities include budgeting, reporting, data entry, and records

  • 2–3 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Implement new administrative procedures
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Perform data entry
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
