Job summary

NūMove Robotics & Vision in Saguenay is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR department within a manufacturing setting. You will develop policies, oversee compensation, benefits, and labour relations, and ensure legal compliance across the organization.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of HR leadership experience in a bilingual environment. You will drive staff development, safety initiatives, and strategic HR projects in an industrial context.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3–5 years of HR leadership experience.
  • Bilingual capabilities preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing environments is a plus.
  • Knowledge of health and safety practices and labour relations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to meet organizational goals.
