Job summary

Confederation Place Hotel in Kingston, Ontario is seeking a reliable on-site Supervisor to coordinate activities across departments and oversee daily operations. You will establish schedules, manage staff of 11-15, and ensure high levels of guest service and safety compliance.

You will hire and train staff, generate reports, and coordinate repairs and materials to maintain seamless service delivery in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

  • Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • On-site work at physical Kingston location; no remote option.
  • Basic security clearance.
