The Project Manager, Engineering manages projects at the Weston Facility. The successful candidate will report to the National Senior Manager, Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and proper allocation.
- Create a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Use verification techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications
- University degree in engineering or a related discipline (preferred).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years in project management experience.
- Technical expertise in facilities, processes, and machinery used in the beverage industry is an asset.
- 5+ years of operations or maintenance experience (preferred).
- Beverage, processing, and/or packaging experience (preferred).
