Role Overview :
Our go-to-market strategy involves direct sales outreach, customer expansion, and channel partnerships. We’re looking for a technical GTM operator to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth through automation, analytics, and strategic tooling.
In this highly analytical and technical role, you'll own our sales and marketing technology stack, automate lead generation workflows, and enhance pipeline creation and revenue growth. You’ll manage existing tools, introduce innovative new solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize our go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
This is a remote role based in Eastern Time Zone ideally in Kitchener, Toronto, or North Carolina, USA
Key Responsibilities :
Administer and optimize CRM (Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Gong), and marketing automation tools.
Design and implement automated processes for lead enrichment, routing, and campaign execution.
Support sales and marketing teams by providing enriched, high-quality lead lists.
Track and analyze sales funnel metrics, lead conversions, pipeline velocity, and revenue impact.
Liaise between Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance teams.
Refine GTM processes, tools, and strategies to enhance pipeline performance.
