The CAMH Queen Street Campus Facilities Planning & Development department supports campus transformation through a capital program that manages small to large redevelopment projects, renovations, maintenance, and infrastructure upgrades. We are seeking a full-time permanent Project Manager to support our team. This role involves managing multiple renovation projects, coordinating with third-party contractors, and ensuring projects align with clinical and operational goals.
The Project Manager will report directly to the Senior Manager of Facilities Planning & Development and will be responsible for leading project planning, design, construction, and close-out, with hands-on experience during construction preferred. The role requires coordination with stakeholders, managing project documentation, and ensuring project goals are met efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills, along with the ability to work with diverse communities.

Qualifications include a post-secondary education in architecture, engineering, or related fields, 5-7 years of experience in healthcare infrastructure projects, proficiency in MS Office and project management software, and strong interpersonal skills. Experience with P3 projects and contract management is preferred.
Please Note: This is a full-time, permanent position not part of any bargaining unit.
