Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company in Calgary, Alberta seeks a Project Manager to lead end-to-end HVAC project delivery for commercial and industrial clients. You will bridge customers, sales reps, and internal teams across Engineering, Production, Quality, and Logistics to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Based at the 2234 Portland St SE location, you will manage quotations, orders, schedules, and risk mitigation while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of direct Project Management experience.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in engineering or related field.
• PMP certification is an asset.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing or custom HVAC is an asset.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of custom air handling unit projects.
• Lead customer relations and coordinate meetings, status reviews.
• Prepare quotations, manage orders and demand dates.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, QA and logistics teams.
• Identify risks and drive continuous improvement.
