Job summary

Randstad Canada seeks a highly organized Project Manager with a strong mechanical HVAC background based in Calgary, Alberta. You will own HVAC construction projects from planning through completion, coordinating site activities, scheduling, and ensuring quality and budget adherence.

You will leverage CRM tools and Bluebeam for records, lead cross-functional teams, liaise with clients and vendors, and drive on-time delivery while maintaining safety and industry standards.

Qualifications

• HVAC industry experience or demonstrated experience in HVAC construction
• Strong proficiency with common software applications
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Understanding of freight logistics, safety protocols, and construction site operations
• Ability to read digital blueprints and manage contracts

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate every phase of HVAC construction from planning to close
• Create and manage project timelines using CRM and construction tools
• Generate construction estimates using proprietary software
• Analyze schematics and blueprints to ensure proper HVAC design
• Manage project budgets, procurement, and contracts
• Lead progress meetings, inspections, and equipment startups
• Collaborate with sales to assist product selections and quotes
• Provide technical guidance on equipment selection and applications
