About the Role

Lead the end-to-end delivery of the CCaaS implementation and migration program, ensuring all phases — from design and development to deployment and post-migration support — are executed successfully.

Responsibilities

1. Independently establish collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders, and drive teams toward solutions.
2. Take on limited leadership responsibilities, including developing and mentoring team members on best practices for data analysis, project management, and requirements gathering.
3. Work closely with clients to define and optimize their roadmap, becoming a trusted advisor.
4. Create clear, concise, and compelling presentations, including executive management, using data visualization and storytelling techniques.
5. Gather accurate requirements and create user stories, sharing information across internal and client teams.
6. Own and manage your own deliverables with the assistance of your team.
7. Provide subject matter expertise on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform recommendations and solutions.
8. Strategically and creatively think about how the consumer experience should work; translating a vision to processes and requirements.
9. Shape and execute complex digital transformations.

It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience:

1. At least 10 years of experience in technology Project Management with waterfall and Agile methodologies as a lead Project/Program Manager.
2. Valid PMP designation from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent.
3. In-depth experience with SDLC.
4. Collaboration skills, with a focus on cross-group collaboration.
5. Able to apply waterfall/Agile/Scrum project management methodologies or approaches.
6. Able to manage project and business risks, including project and project interdependencies.
7. Able to resolve project issues effectively.
8. Stakeholder management.
9. Verbal & written communication skills.
10. Agile or Scrum certification would be an asset.
11. Experience in managing Contact/Call Center Projects would be an asset.
12. Prior financial industry experience would be an asset.
13. Cloud computing experience would be an asset.
14. Seasoned expert with extensive industry knowledge.
15. Data-driven decision making.
16. Prior working experience with MS Visio, MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Plainview, MS Office, and MS SharePoint.
