An established industry player is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong Operations background. This role focuses on managing multiple initiatives in Commercial Lending Operations, emphasizing process efficiencies and stakeholder satisfaction. This role is within the LOB: Project Delivery - Commercial Lending Ops.
Duration: 12 months to start
Location: Hybrid (Downtown Toronto - 1 day a week)
The focus will be on Operations Project Management, not IT Project Management. Emphasis on PMLC rather than SDLC. The scope includes multiple initiatives related to the booking of Letters of Credit between various Commercial and I&CB applications. Operational deliverables include overseeing stakeholder assessments, change management, process documentation updates, training requirements, and more.
Lead assigned projects from initiation to implementation to achieve desired business results. Ensure project success by delivering on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction. Drive risk mitigation to achieve business outcomes. Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and other project managers. Manage and coordinate team members, including project managers, business and technology resources, user groups, consultants, vendors, and regulators.
