Key Responsibilities:

1. Orchestrate the delivery of multifaceted projects spanning diverse teams and international time zones.
2. Utilize platforms like Jira and Confluence to structure project timelines, track milestones, and manage interdependencies.
3. Partner closely with AI/ML specialists to steer models through critical stages of validation and launch, including regression and load testing phases.
4. Facilitate system-level planning sessions, ensuring that technical requirements are meticulously documented and aligned.
5. Craft comprehensive reports, visual diagrams, and presentations to share project updates, highlight risks, and propose solutions.
6. Maintain a structured content and knowledge repository, ensuring that SOPs, project documents, and reference materials are current, organized, and readily available.
7. Spearhead initiatives aimed at refining processes, boosting efficiency, and eliminating operational bottlenecks.
8. Foster a culture of alignment and open communication between research, product development, and engineering teams.

Required Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with collaborative platforms like Jira, Slack, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, and Miro.
• Background working in digital infrastructure, deploying AI/ML models, or managing software development workflows.
