Job summary

Graham Contracting, Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager for the Buildings Division in Vancouver.

You will lead projects up to $50M, ensuring schedule, cost, HSE & Quality, and client satisfaction from pre-construction through close-out. This role requires a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business and at least five years coordinating construction projects, with hospital or healthcare exposure.

Qualifications

• Five or more years coordinating construction projects, with exposure to hospital/healthcare projects.
• Knowledge of risk management, contract administration, and scheduling.
• Proficiency with MS Office and scheduling/project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle: planning, start-up, execution, and close-out.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and milestone dates.
• Oversee subcontracting process and procurement activities.
• Implement and monitor HSE and Quality plans to meet standards.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performing project team.

Graham is actively recruiting for Project Manager supporting the Buildings Division. Reporting to the SeniorOperationsManager, the Project Manager plays a key role in delivering construction projects up to $50M, ensuring schedule, cost, HSE & Quality, and client satisfaction from pre‑construction through close‑out.

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site

• Lead full project lifecycle: planning, start-up, execution, and close-out
• Manageproject schedules, budgets, and milestone dates
• Overseesubcontracting process and procurement activities
• Implement and monitorHSE and Quality plans to meet corporate standards
• Mentorjunior team members and foster a high-performing project team

The Right Tools for the Job

• Education:Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or a related field is preferred
• Experience:A minimum of five (5) years’ experience coordinating construction projects, with demonstrated exposure to hospital or healthcare projects.

Knowledge of risk management, contract administration, and scheduling

• Software: Proficiency with MS Office Suite and using scheduling and project management software

Compensation

• Salary Range: $100,000 to 120,000 per annum
• Compensation aligned to education and experience, ensuring fair and competitive placement
• Three to five weeks of vacation, with additional credit for prior industry experience
